The right of access to public information does not cover the request for explanations about it . This is stated by the Commission to Guarantee the Right of Access to Public Information, in a resolution in which it terminates the claim of a user who had received, in response to his request for information, a huge volume of data that was incapable of to interpret without additional explanations.
